The Extraordinary Aesthetics of Autism – Free Event

Our latest event, ‘The Extraordinary Aesthetics of Autism’ will be held on Saturday 29th June at the ICA in London. Practitioners who use cognitive approaches in applied arts across the humanities will discuss their work. Speakers include Adam Ockelfield, author of Music Language and Autism: Exceptional Strategies for Exceptional Minds; Ilona Roth, author of Imaginative Minds: concepts, controversies and themes; Carolien Hermans, dancer and researcher in dance pedagogy; Kelly Hunter, Royal Shakespeare Company and our own researchers, Nicola and Melissa.
